  1. Yesterday, I went to a job fair and it was a total waste of time. I only wished that the vendors that bothered to show up, took resumes. I am not feeling good being a graduate nurse. I was told that the hospitals would be lining up in May for graduate nurses. Now all I heard is that they are looking for experienced nurses. Now Im worried a little bit. I hope the economy turn real soon. I dont have a plan B.
  2. I am absolutely convinced that there is a group of people in my med/surg class that is cheating on every test. It makes me mad because I study so hard. Should I voice my concerns to the instructor. I believe they have a test bank.
  3. Patient is in to r/o rhabdomyolsis and hypetension, newly diagnosed. Dont know how to include interventions on meds for hypertension and must redo careplan. Decreased cardiac output is good but wouldnt it be a risk for if just the b/p is high and no other signs and symptoms.
  4. What is an appropriate nursing diagnosis for a patient who has hypertension, I cannot find one: Just Knowledge Deficeint, Ineffective health maintenance. I also want to know if I can use Ineffective tissue perfusion (risk) I just dont know. Please help
  5. Im a B student, I dont fail, I am now in advanced med surg and I am not doing well. I cant give up but my confidence is a level zero. I've been sad all day and I cant pick myself up. I need encouragement, I feel like I am too close now to fail. I'm studying and reading and doing questions but I cant seem to pass the test. What do I do know. I cant stop crying.
  6. although i was just venting, it brought tears to my eyes to know that i am not alone. thanks all for understanding i will make it ( not sure about my doggie, whom i love dearly). we can do it, spoiled teenagers, sick dogs, broke down house and all. may '09 please hurry!!!!!!!!!!!!!:bowingpur
