Hello, I am creating this form for nursing students in the Charlotte area to connect and discuss our insight on the interviewing process, units and our hospital of choice.
To start off, I am a 2024 new grad looking for insight on ATRIUM and Novant health. I do currently have an interview for Novant next week looking to work in the ER.
I've heard atrium has reached out for OR interviews as well as adult acute care. They also did interviews for some of the oncology positions - I ended up accepting on a bone marrow/stem cell transplant unit! Women's health also reached out if they decided they didn't want to go through with interviewing you! Best of luck to everyone!
Hi! I am a may 2024 graduate and I applied to both novant and atrium. I applied to atrium on December 11th when it opened for critical care. I know someone in the cohort before who graduated in December and she said that it took her and her friends almost 2 months to hear abt interviews for critical care at atrium. Hopefully we hear soon.

Congratulations on accepting your offer! If you don't mind, what is the starting pay for them?

I've been considering it, but I'm 5 hours away and I have an exam on that upcoming Monday.
