I've heard atrium has reached out for OR interviews as well as adult acute care. They also did interviews for some of the oncology positions - I ended up accepting on a bone marrow/stem cell transplant unit! Women's health also reached out if they decided they didn't want to go through with interviewing you! Best of luck to everyone!

When did you heard from the Nicu? I've only heard from oncology. I have an interview Thursday but was wondering what would happen if I was extended an offer for oncology and if I would be able to wait till I heard back from all specialties to decide where if I want to take the position, or if I won't be able to wait.

I've had multiple clinicals at Brenners. They are great! I think the reason why we haven't heard back is because Charlotte is an extremely competitive market. The applications for atrium are separate for the Charlotte and Winston market- because Winston is technically considered wake forest health... it's a little confusing haha!

I believe atrium is beginning to look at applications! I received a call a couple hours ago that I got an interview for oncology! I also applied to pediatrics and critical care, but haven't heard anything yet.

I'm new to the conversation so I hope you don't mind me joining in? I also applied to Novant and they only offered me med surg. I don't think it's bratty at all to feel conflicted about it. I ended up not taking the Novant offer and I'm holding out for atrium and another hospital in South Carolina that's close to me. At the end of the day, it's about what makes you feel happy and fulfilled. The whole job proceeds is a little confusing and scary at times, but I hope you end up where you are happy! Have you heard anything from atrium? I haven't yet but I'm hoping they will start reaching out soon since the holidays are over.
