Charity School of Nursing Application for SP 2016

Published

Hey Everyone,

I'm sure that I'm making this post more for myself than anyone else but I'm just so excited and anxious! It's only a few days until the application period starts! I don't know about y'all but my application has been done since May. Lol. With 80 points on my profile score I'm feeling pretty confident but I just can't wait until October/November. I've even started looking at stethoscopes and shoes. I hope you are all as excited as I am and please feel free to express your joy, frustration, nervousness, ect. here with me and everyone else. Good luck with your applications and I wish acceptance for you all.

Awesome thanks for the info! I'll check it out now

No problem. I've been so obsessed that I've been looking for anything to help me get ahead.

When does the application period end? I thought it was friday but someone said Monday on fb. Doesn't matter really bc I already put my app in. Only asking bc the sooner they end the application period the sooner they start going through the applications and sending letters. Venting over... lol just so ready!!!

As far a I know it is Aug 1-15 every year.

Well they told me that letters come out in October- if you don't get one by the 31st call them. I suggest we all just hakuna matata until then, though it's highly unlikely bc every time I get an email from allnurses I get excited thinking letters are out

Ikr. I stalked some of the boards from last year and the year before to see when their letters and it was around the end of September for both so hopefully we don't have to wait until the end of October. I'm glad we aren't the spring applicants though. They apply in January and don't hear anything until March/April.

lol maybe when school starts next week, we won't be so obsessed with letters- they'll come when we are studying for some test or something. AnP II!!!

í ¼í½¸ cheers to wishful thinking!

Heads up! They just processed my paperwork. I got an email from DCC saying that after 3 semesters my transcript was finally posted to my Lola. AAAAHHHHH!!!!

At least we now know they're working on it! Makes me a little less stressed lol

Hi, I have taken the Hesi and also have calculated an 80 according to the assessment sheet. I hope you get in and best of luck and blessings to everyone! I am planning on bringing paperwork tomorrow.

Does the transcript also have to be sent electronically, or just in the packet?
