Does anyone have any feedback on the Chamberlain RN-BSN Online program? I'm in the processing of applying and I'm just wondering if the program is going to be any good.
Thoughts please! Thank you!

Hey Commuter, you're in the area. Have you formed an opinion on TWU's RN-MSN (FNP) program by any chance? Figure with you being in the area, you may have had conversations about it.

For those that have experienced the online RN to BSN with Chamberlain...
with taking one class per 8 weeks, what would you say your average hours per week
you had/have to put in for study and work?
I am willing to pay a bit higher of a price for a program that is very easy to bridge in with the
rest of my life. I already run 14-16 hour days. So I don't have much room to squeeze in a huge load
of course work.

Gretchg4c,
I am currently at CCN for the FNP program, but I did do the RN-BSN program back in 2013-2014. Taking one class at a time, I would think 5-8 hours a week. Maybe a few more on weeks with assignments. Again, with any school it is what you put into it.

I took econ at my local community college, much easier. Had a little hiccup getting the credit applied at chamberlain but they applied it eventually.
I am starting the first of my last four classes this semester. I have enjoyed it so far. It is very pricey so I only take two classes a year due to the reimbursement limits at the hospital I work at. The school has no problem letting you take the time off between classes, you will get a ton of emails from them though.

Hi,
I am also in the RNtoBSN FNP program at Chamberlain. I started in January 2016 and took transitions the first semester. Next week is our last week in that course then I will be taking Diversity in professions and Health Assessment in March. I'm slightly nervous about taking those 2 classes together because I've been reading a lot of posts from students saying those 2 classes have alot of posts, papers, quizzes, and finals. I am determined to finish strong though! End goal=FNP by Dec. 2018

I took their BSN online program, graduated in 2013, loved it so much I have continued there for my MSN. I took 2 classes per 8 week session. Definitely doable, I worked full time and have 4 school aged children. Sometimes laundry didn't get done on time, but every paper did. I graduated with President's honors and would encourage anyone to go there.
Hi! With taking 2 classes per 8 week session, were you able to complete the program in less than a year?

I've been doing 2 courses per 8 week session and still work full time (three 12 hour shifts per week). I started January 2016 and November 2016 is my last semester, graduating on a Dec. 16th :)
