I wanted to start this forum to see if there was anyone out there that has been accepted to Chamberlain for spring 2012, or is applying? And just to get familiar with people already attending.
I can not get any info from my advisor. I had all my transcripts sent in and she will just not contact me. I've emailed, and called numerous times! We went over my unofficial transcripts and she said I should have no problem getting in. Did anyone else have any problems getting in touch with their advisor? I am so frustrated. I'm just so anxious to get this started!!
Do you think Chamberlain is worth the price? I am kind of worried about attending here. If you don't mind me asking, have you found a GN job? What do employes think of a degree from Chamberlain? I have heard that employers like Chamberlain, but I am afraid they won't in Houston because it is so new, and maybe unknown.
Hi Kdrenee! Maybe I can help. What's your advisor's first name? I work at Chamberlain and could reach out to him/her.
I got in touch with the supervisor of admissions and she helped me tremendously. She answered all of my questions and is personally helping with my application process. :)
The high tuition and well financial aid is not really helping me with much, I'm also worried if later on i try to continue my studies towards getting the CRNA, I am afraid that my credits wont transfer. Im wondering if anyone had problems transferring the credits after graduating from Chamberlain.

@ ikegrad2002 I need to call my advisor to see which classes were accepted from Hcc. From my understanding I will have a few liberal arts classes that I will have to take at DeVry since they weren't taken at HCC. I will probably do those online. If you have a FB account I am listed under tee enjoynmylyfe myer & Instagram as tee_riggins. I am determined to start and finish this program and finally become a successful, knowledgeable and safe registered nurse. My advisor mentioned they will began calling the January addmissions in around October to work on financial aid.
