I just got accepted to the new Sacramento campus for May 2, anyone else attending for the same start date?
Hello allI just got a call today and got accepted into the program!!
My GPA: 3.7 HESI: 86 for both attempts lol however I scored significantly higher in two science sections even though the total came out the same I'm proud of the improvement I wanted.
Congratulations on making it in!
Did you receive your acceptance email today as well?
Congrats to you! I haven't taken the Hesi yet. Hopefully, I'll score as well as you on it. If you remember please update us on how well the program is going and cost. Once again, congrats! !!!!!
Thank you, I meet with financial aid Monday. The only downside is they want me to take math which I find odd since I already took it and it was a prerequisite to statistics which I completed as well. I don't know if they just want me to pay extra money but there's an option to take a proficiency exam so it does not hinder you in starting your core nursing classes. So I will get more info on that if anyone is interested. Other than that, all other credits transferred. I will definitely update on how much the cost will be to give anyone an insight.
Thanks for being there :)

I only received the call. I will probably get a notification on the email later on.
Thanks so much. Are you already in the program, if so, how do you like it thus far? If not, are you interested in going soon?

What am awesome update. Too bad about the math imo they totally want to get more money from you . Hopefully, you can take the exam and qualify that way. How long will it take you to finish the program since you have everything completed?
Thank you for the updates! Can't wait to learn more!

No, I am not currently in the program, but I was accepted into the January 2017 batch. I am hoping to hear from current students as well though.

Haha I know! It's a a damn shame.
It may take two years and a semester. I probably won't know for sure until I speak with a financial advisor and also how my schedule goes. I hope this school teaches well. When I took the HESI both times, the class was extremely boisterous. I was thinking man when are they actually learning but we will see. I'm waiting to hear on other nursing programs as well.
But we shall see...

Awesome! Are you straight out of high school or you had already taken some college courses in the area? We will probably see each other then.
I'm hoping to hear from current students also. Are you excited to start your nursing journey?
I am accepted for the January 2017 semester too! Definitely looking forward to being in nursing school :) For those looking into the HESI A2, I used the McGraw Hill Hesi A2 Practice Tests and Admission Assessment Exam Review Edition 4 by Elsevier. Ive taken both Hesi and TEAS and quite honestly, the TEAS is much harder. I scored a 98% on the HESI and have a 3.8 GPA. Good luck to everyone who is getting ready to apply for May 2017!

Those are awesome scores. Congratulations on getting in.
Sadly for me, I didn't qualify for much FA and would have to use private loans for the majority of tuition which I am not too happy about. And because I am listed as a dependent due to age, it is the only option to having a cosigner. I'm pretty fed up with the system. Just waiting to hear back on other nursing programs. Chamberlain is a back up.

Hi there! Even after you get credit for prior classes you've taken it's still super expensive? How long will it take you to complete the program? I'm sorry to hear it's not being covered with the "good loans " . Hopefully, you hear great things from the other schools soon! !
