Hey guys! I just recently looked into Chamberlain as an option for me to obtain my BSN. Does anyone recommend that school?! I'm open for pros and cons but I'd prefer hearing from someone in the program or someone whose graduated from chamberlain. Thanks!!!
I am a current Chamberlain student at the Chicago campus and I have had a good experience so far. They were really great about transfer credits. I was surprised that they accepted as many as they did for me as I already have a Bachelors degree and had taken many of the pre-reqs at my previous university.
Im starting the bsn program at the jax, fl campus next month... If you can get/qualify for any grants and federal loans, that will help alot with the tuition. I have a degree too, but I never took out loans or used grants when getting it, so I can get to use the grants/fed loans now. But unfortunetly, you will most likely still owe tuition for the academic year. Im having to take out private loans to cover the rest of the tuition I owe. It is an expensive program, but I think its well worth it.

After each nursing course, we are required to take the comprehensive hesi exam for that course and in order to graduate we have to pass the exit hesi exam. These exams are set up just like the NCLEX. Also, all throughout the program, the instructors word the questions on their exams like you will see on the NCLEX so you are developing your critical thinking and test taking skills right from the beginning.

It depends on how many transfer credits you have, if every single pre req transfers over then you have about 5 semesters which is a year and a half including summers and if tuition is about $25,000 a year then just do the math
