Hi. Has anyone here studied in an accredited 4yr nursing program in the Philippines and was not able to finish it? I have 3 semesters left from graduating. Is it possible to challenge NCLEX-PN?

Each State varies. What I can only share about your situation is it's possible here in California; I'm not saying that you have to move here. Go look at other States closer to NJ that can cater to your needs as well. There are 50 states and other territories too.
That person that I mentioned? She keeps her evaluation record from ERES and she went to a state university here and she was told that she can finish the courses for the BSN but there are some pre-reqs that she needs to fulfill prior to jumping into the major courses to get her BSN degree. The BVNPT (Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians) here now requires foreign grads (using method 3) to use an evaluation agency to process the application first then the agency forwards it to the BVNPT. If you want to read about more of this, I made a post about this in 2017 and this is the link:
The California's BVNPT website is: https://www.bvnpt.ca.gov/
Application can be done by Breeze online at https://www.breeze.ca.gov/datamart/mainMenu.do;jsessionid=8q_alwQVyw05EVraV78MfRQqW89XzGdA98qZsyHt.dca-fp-98-o-26
Method 3 for BVNPT: https://www.bvnpt.ca.gov/applicants/method_3.shtml
This will be a lot of work but thank you so much for the details. ♥️ This gave me hope.
