Chaffey college Fall 2018

Hello! I haven't found a board on Fall 2018 for Chaffey's nursing program, so I wanted to start one. Im hoping we can stay connected to see when letters get sent out/received and what not :-) Hope you all have a wonderful day!

SO, here is a question..have you all heard good things about Chaffey..because I have read horror stories and am VERY concerned..I will be accepting but want to know what to expect

I've heard it is very hard.... but as long as you study hard and do what you are supposed to- it's fine. What have you heard?

I got accepted as an "alternate" just praying I get in....

Renee, I'm pretty sure you'll get in if you're already an alternate. Some that have been accepted will opt for different programs etc. I'm still on the fence about it myself, and I've been fully accepted.

I haven't received any letters, =[ but i'm also taking pre-reqs for a university so i'm not sitting around hoping to get in...

Have you consider taking pre-reqs for a university instead? I feel like I have a better chance because they interview before actually accepting you and it's 2-3 years for a BSN instead of ADN.

Hello, if anybody is still around here :-).Are the general education courses needed to be complete before starting the program (i.e. math 401)? I haven't taken it, but would like to apply. Do you get extra points or something if you have it completed? thanks !
