Chaffey college Fall 2018

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hello! I haven't found a board on Fall 2018 for Chaffey's nursing program, so I wanted to start one. Im hoping we can stay connected to see when letters get sent out/received and what not :-) Hope you all have a wonderful day!

Also: This is my second time applying, Chaffey is my first choice school, and I have finished all my pre reques (Including math 401).

Hi! I have also applied to chaffey too! This is my first time applying, I have also completed all prerequisites at Chaffey College and just earned two associate degrees! I'm hoping we get accepted into the program!

I've earned two associates degrees also! Hopefully we both make the cut í ½í¸Ší ½í¸Š

Have you taken the teas test already?

I have . I studied HARD for a month, and on and off for a month before that. I ended up with a 78.7. Have you taken it ?

Yes I got a 74 on it, definitely wasn't the score I wanted but could of been worse. I did good on the science and math, but I definitely should of brushed up on the English and reading I thought it was going to be really easy stuff but once I got to those sections I realized I forgot some of that stuff lol.

My weakest subject was definitely english as well! I studied that the most too (because i had forgotten it all)!! That whole test was hard haha. Did you take the HESI test (Used at Mt. Sac)?

No, I did not take the HESI. I only applied at chaffey, Rio Hondo, RCC and Citrus. I heard the HESI is easier than the TEAS!

It is easier ! But the math portion suuuuuccckkkss. Haha. No calculators allowed. I ended with a score of over 85 on that one. I applied to RCC as well. Mind my asking your points for that school?

I didn't add them I should of lol but my stats are:

-3.0 science GPA

-3.4 Over All

-74% on TEAS

I'm currently volunteering but don't have enough hours, I did submit a letter of volunteering for Rio because they didn't have a minimum amount of hours

-I have statistics completed for RCC for points

-I have a need to work/low income for some of the schools that ask for that for points

Over all my stuff is ok, just hoping it's not a super high cut off :/

I also have an associates in math and science and social/behavioral science
