Chaffey College ADN program in Spring 2019

i am applying for Spring 2019. I decide to create a new board because I did not found one yet. I just want to know how the ADN program works and people who are applying. Just update and keep in touch information on the thread. Good luck everyone who is applied.

Has anyone gotten their add codes/ information on clinical group yet?

Also is anyone going to take that optional 550 course? Since you can only take it once I'm not sure if taking it 1st semester is ideal.

Hi, I have a question with the pre-reqs. I'm confused to what is the "Mathematics for Health science" pre-req. I have taken classes in Citrus College and i'm not sure what it's equivalent is. I also have an Associates in Pre-Allied health and the highest math i got is Intermediate Algebra and Statistics. I'm planning to apply to Chaffey as well on march but now i dont know if i can because of this one pre-req im not aware of

Math401 is a must, need to be completed prior to apply.

i applied before and got denied because I did not complete math401. Now i have it, and I will reapply in March

Oh i see, Is that class exclusive in Chaffey College? To be honest i'm also still waiting to get my studentID number. I applied last week to the college, hoping i could just apply to the ADN program.

yes it requires only for Chaffey. Are you applying to Citrus College ?

how long is that course? and yes i'm applying to citrus and mt sac. i might go tomorrow for the info session in chaffey tho

yea I apply for both citrus and mt sac also. Did you take HESI exam in Mt Sac? I have scheduled on next week friday to take the HESI test. Yeah I should go too. I haven't been in any info session at Chaffey.

nice! I took Hesi at american career college - I also applied there too, just for a last resort/option.

I don't think Mt Sac accept Hesi from another institution. You should ask them.

I thought is says on the website that I just need to contact Elsevier and have them send my official hesi result. I'll ask and call them to be sure tho. thanks!
