It sucks cos its one of my dream hospital to work at. I tried to apply to them as a PCA a lot of times and still did not get anything...I guess it's really not meant for me... Goodluck on your interview though!! you're very lucky to get that opportunity!

hi everyone, I just got this email today "Thank you for your interest in participating in one of our teams of experienced professionals to provide support in existing health care facilities, such as skilled nursing facilities. This email confirms that you have been selected as a Health Corps team member. Please come to the location below at the indicated time to complete the final hiring process and receive your onboarding materials. .." It's telling me to go to a location for an on boarding process tomorrow, April 28, 2020. The salaries are also mentioned on the email and I tell you all.. it is very low pay rate.

Thanks! I got a call. But i asked Sharon Balta yesterday via email and she said they are still in the process of confirming the dates of the exam and will send emails soon. This is for the Monrovia campus btw. Congrats Orosco19! Goodluck on your exam! Thats nice IE seems to have been picking up the pace on the process.

I just got a call earlier today for an invite to take competency exam! Wooot! They said will email a study guide so that’s good news too ?

I just got an email too!! "You have been selected as a candidate for the Mt. San Antonio College Nursing Program." the feeling when I was reading that first sentence! but idk if it's just me but i think they had a typo, it says at the end "Once all the above information is verified, the status of your application will be emailed to you during the month of November" ???

Hi everyone! I haven't got a call yet if accepted or not. The interviewer said that they will notify applicants between end of February to early March to be invited for a competency exam or not. So it's already march.. and still waiting here.. kinda nervous already too! but just hoping and praying!

On the nursing website after the application period it says “Emails to applicants chosen for Counseling Appointments March 11-14” i’m guessing that’s when people who are considered for the program will meet with a counselor to verify all documents/transcripts.

brizilapolanco, I'm the same with kmneu83, I applied also for Spring 2019. I even submitted my application way back in June 2018. I was hoping I would get in January this year but my application was deferred to Summer 2019 instead.

@Lienie hey don't worry i'm sure they're still making calls for the next few weeks. Just wait maybe before the end of February you will get a call because even reading from other threads, they give calls even a few weeks before the scheduled competency exams. @kmneu83 I didn't get to ask that. But im guessing around 20? I thought i saw a video once of LVN to BSN graduation and they had 20 students in their cohort

Hi everyone! There’s a thread same as this one where i replied but im going to post the same here. So yeah, I went to the application workshop yesterday in mt sac. By looking at the multi criteria system i calculated 84 points. My stats are: AS in Pre-allied health from Citrus And LVNlicense work experience in skilled nursing facility for 6 years as LVN Second language low family income & need to work Hesi score of 82.89% science gpa 3.5 all other course gpa 3.6  it will be my first time applying in mt sac. But other than that i also applied to citrus college and azusa pacific.

No i haven’t heard back yet. She said they will call by end of feb-first week of march if accepted or not and then after that she said have to do the competency test. Have you interviewed yet?

No, i didn’t go. I figured i’d still have to take the math 401 either way so i think i might have to postpone mine for september. ACC started an ADN program in 2016. Oh and btw i am working as an LVN already ?
