Cgfns! Help!

CGFNS just received my transcript validation form. Unfortunately, this is the note they wrote me:

"Your Transcript has been received and rejected for the following reasons: A Valid Signature was not provided. A Valid seal was not provided"

The transcript was both sealed and signed by my university. I really don't understand what the problem is. Has anyone gone through the same situation?

can you help me with my CGFNS CES application? 
based on the tracking number that they gave me, cgfns already recieved it last May 6 & May 12, 2022. It's more than a month now & it still shows on my requested documents “waiting for required documents “ 

im wondering if they received it or not & what happen in my application? 
 

it is really hard for them to reach out 

all line s are always busy.

 

can you help me with this & give an idea with what going on with my applications?

Hi guys I have the same issue with my application. They said that the signature and seal of my transcriptions are not validated. I contact my college, but they said that didn't received anything from CGFNS, any letter or email. I'm trying to call CGFNS, but the line is always busy and no one answers my call, even if I call early in the morning. I'm so stressed with all these issues.  Someone of you guys solve the problem? I wish I could at list know how is the form that they send to my college.

Hello all the nurses out there , I need some help.

Recently, I got note on my dashboard from CGFNS that my home country nursing licence had been received but not accepted and they had communicated the applicant(that is me) why the credentials have not been accepted.But there is no any specific reason for the un-acceptance of my document on the note provided on dashboard and neither I have got any mail from CGFNS. 
I am confused there should be the specific reason for un-acceptance of document.I contacted them through Contact Us but got no response till now.

Do these kind of things also happen ?

If there is no reason for un-acceptance on the note on my dashboard, do they send mail for that ?(though I have not got mail)

I sent an email and got a response and then I was ignored after that. My ces application status said "ready for review". but to the far right there are downloadable forms for my transcript, my primary education and my initial license. what does this mean

I just cannot believe this is an organization representing professional with so blatant disregard for customer service. I call as early as possible and its still voicemail. I email and no reply. worse thing about it all is that all payments are non-refundable.

I sent email on July 24 for my credential un acceptance but still got no response plus they had not sent me the specific reason for un acceptance. I don't know what should I do now ?

Susan, you have to click on the status and see why there are not accepted. Usually CGFNS says just a few words, like “ invalid embossed seal, signature “or something. That means they will contact your school or license with a set of documents for them to fill in and send them back to CGFNS but to a different department than the previous documents. All information is offered by the CGFNS for your school or license department. Usually CGFNS contacts them via email( official ones, not Yahoo or gmail but the ones that are payed  domain ex: [email protected]), so keep that in mind. You need to call school/ license body to let them know and look for the CGFNS email ( maybe spam as well). This procedure is because they don’t have the signature or the stamp/Seal of your school/license in their system to compare it with and say it’s authentic. It happened to me for my license body, I was the only one applying form my hometown. Don’t worry, keep all track numbers at hand, call school/ license and CGFNS to put things in motion.

I am ordering a request for the Credential Verification Service for the Registered Nursing Council of New Zealand. I paid in full and received the CVS forms. But I missed the notification about my integrated university in the history of education. So how do I fix this issue?

Hello @33Amb  Thanks for the info, My school name changed 10 years ago ( I completed Nursing in 2007 ) , and after sending all the documents, CGFNS again sent an email to the School for Signature and seal, My question is school is using only Yahoo email for all the correspondence so please let me know if it works for reply and Do they need to send the documents through post email too ...

Hello, I'm currently stuck with my school filling the letter of assistance form because apart from signature, there other things to fill which my school is confused about. Please can I get a template for them to work with, if you have?
