    I sent email on July 24 for my credential un acceptance but still got no response plus they had not sent me the specific reason for un acceptance. I don't know what should I do now ?

    Hello all the nurses out there , I need some help. Recently, I got note on my dashboard from CGFNS that my home country nursing licence had been received but not accepted and they had communicated the applicant(that is me) why the credentials have not been accepted.But there is no any specific reason for the un-acceptance of my document on the note provided on dashboard and neither I have got any mail from CGFNS. I am confused there should be the specific reason for un-acceptance of document.I contacted them through Contact Us but got no response till now. Do these kind of things also happen ? If there is no reason for un-acceptance on the note on my dashboard, do they send mail for that ?(though I have not got mail) Thank you in advance !
