  1. CGFNS just received my transcript validation form. Unfortunately, this is the note they wrote me: "Your Transcript has been received and rejected for the following reasons: A Valid Signature was not provided. A Valid seal was not provided" The transcript was both sealed and signed by my university. I really don't understand what the problem is. Has anyone gone through the same situation? Thank you.

Thank you soooooooooo much. Do you have any information on the ces online application and where I should send a letter explaining reasons for not obtaining the national license.
  3. Hello everyone, I am currently applying for the CES professional report and I am wondering what kind of documents are necessary. Is it possible to send a photocopy of my original nursing transcripts or do have have to send "original or original copies". Also, while filling out the CES application online, they have asked for license information and I am not licensed in my country of study due to visa issues. Should I leave this part blank or? I have read online that I am able to write a letter to cgfns explaining why I was unable to obtain the national license. I have already spoken to the BON and they have informed me that the license is not a requirement. Thank you so much for your help
