CGFNS just received my transcript validation form. Unfortunately, this is the note they wrote me:
"Your Transcript has been received and rejected for the following reasons: A Valid Signature was not provided. A Valid seal was not provided"
The transcript was both sealed and signed by my university. I really don't understand what the problem is. Has anyone gone through the same situation?

Hello everyone,
I am encountering a frustrating issue with the CGFNS Credentials Verification Service (CVS) for the Nursing Council of New Zealand. During the Self-Attestation step for the Nursing Licensure/Registration Declaration, I keep receiving the following error message:
"The field 'Professional Title (In English)' is blank for the following records: Sri Lanka Nursing Council . Please fill all fields before submitting."
However, the "Professional Title (In English)" field in the License/Registration section is already filled as "Registered Nurse", and the field is now read-only. I have tried:
Accessing the portal using a desktop computer with the Chrome browser as advised by CGFNS.
Ensuring all other fields are completed accurately.
Despite these steps, the error persists, and I cannot proceed with the self-attestation. I have reached out to CGFNS support, and while they have escalated the issue to an analyst, I have not yet received a resolution.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue with the CGFNS self-attestation process? If so, how did you resolve it? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
