Cerritos College RN program - Fall 2025 / Spring 2026 admission

Hi, is anyone applying to the RN program at Cerritos College in California for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026. If so how many points do you have?

Does anyone know how many alternates were accepted from the previous cohorts? 

I saw from previous years (2023 & 2024) that all alternates were accepted at the end of orientation. Not sure if it will be the same as this year, but that is hopeful to hear! 🙂

I have a friend who was n alternate, she said all the alternates were accepted to the program, she is finishing up her 2nd semester.

I've notice almost everyone on here who received an email are option A applicants, anyone here option C )advanced placement, LVN to RN) received an email yet?

@Angelini im option C. I haven't received any emails. The wait for option is very long, since it's based on space availability. Hopefully we hear from them soon.

Yes hopefully soon, wondering if we will be emailed in regards to our place on the waitlist.

No, the only email they send is the confirmation that they received our application.

How do we know if our application was completed correctly or if there is anything missing from the application? It said all incomplete application will be disqualified. I'm pretty sure I completed the application correctly and attached all necessary transcripts, but I would like to get confirmation that I have been accepted to the waitlist and If I need to reapply next January due to an error in my application .

Yayyy! I also called their nursing department, they will let us know at the end of the orientation. I'm sure we will all get in 😆
