anyone applying this month for admissions into Fall 2013?

i'm attending the nursing application workshop this week to apply.

did you guys take developmental psychology before you applied?

i have taken pscyhology 101 at a different college, can that count as an alternate?

Hey I'll see both of you guys! I'm scheduled to take it too on that date/time but I'm only an alternate :( I was debating if I should still take it or just turn in my HESI scores (says I could do that in the letter). What do you think? Should I still take it?

That's great! You already have taken HESI. If you want to take TEAS for other colleges like Santa Ana. However, Santa Ana has 2 open up dates for free TEAS exam in June. I forgot which dates exactly, but it's posted on their website. If you want more study time, you can call Santa Ana to take it there in June. =)

You're right! I would love to have met you guys but I'll probably wait for the June one. By then I should know what school I'm going to (if any!) Hopefully it will be Cerritos my number one choice!! Good luck to you guys taking the TEAS! Sending positive vibes your way :)

Oh wait. Just realized I will be seeing you guys at orientation. The lady I spoke with said they would be most likely telling the alternates at that time if they're in or not.

Has anyone that applied to Cerritos not received a letter yet ? I haven't received a letter and applied for generic adn program. I will call in the am. Ugh so stressful !

sorry to hear that. Don't let this get you down. Santa Ana college is accepting applications for Fall 2013. My friend's aunt is in their program and she said it's great and easier than other colleges. Apparently lot of drop outs from Goldenwest and Cypress transfer to Santa Ana. That's what I hear from RNS in hospitals and friends who graduated from Cypress college who have had classmates who dropped out and transferred to Santa Ana.

I'm so bummed. The application period is over :( they were only taking a few amount of applications for those 8 days because they found that they were short of students. Sigh. Guess it wasn't meant to be.

They will accept applications for Spring 2014 in the summer. Try then. Since you have maximum points for their criteria, you will definitely get in Spring 2014 for sure!!!

So I was able to send my hesi score instead of taking the teas so I will see everyone June 6 best best luck to everyone pass that teas test !!!

Thanks for letting us know!! I thought maybe it was just for people who were on the alternate list and then I would have to take the TEAS if I actually got in.

Of course also my best friend got in last year and she was alternate 8 or 10 forget she took the teas with all the people that got accepted and found out the next day that she was in !!!! And she got accepted a semester ahead ! She was suppose to be alternate for spring but got picked or fall ! Study te teas alot bc trust me the alternates always get picked !

I already took the HESI so I'm just gonna turn those scores in :) unfortunately, I'm #80. Haha. Probably have a small chance but I'm still trying to think positive!!

That's great! I've been studying like crazy! so much memorization for science!!! I wonder how many got accepted for Fall. My friend's class started with 60 at Cypress College.
