whats units are u looking into I interviewed at a few dif places recently and my friends work at most of the places you listed above. pay rate is based on experience and degree,

also depends what shift your on

they are making cuts in all hospitals so be prepared to work your hump off :)

If possible, can someone post some email of the nurse recruiters for the major nj hospitals such as robert wood johnson, jfk medical center, st. peter's, newark beth Israel, etc?

I can't seem to find them on their websites

There is no reason why you cannot call the hospital and ask who the recruiter is.
