Check out Amazon, i saw a review on the ceil blue there recently, and the buyer posted an actual picture of hers. I would call it a dull blue, powder dull blue maybe? Go and check it out, its better than the posted manufacturers picture. I am also eyeing this edition as my next stethoscope! They have some great colors and nice metal accents as well. Enjoy your new littman stethoscope!
I have no idea how to link, as i accessed it from my app and not the Web. And yes, i agree. It does seem to have a purple hue with a subtle frost to it. If you go to amazon, type in Littman Ceil Blue Stethoscope. Go down to the reviews and you'll find the ceil blue review and actual pic out the box there. Sorry i couldnt be more help.
I love the pink one!! I think it's gorgeous! Thank you for posting these for comparison purposes!
LuckycharmSVN you have been such help! I think I'll probably end up getting the ceil blue, I love it and it has a good color to it.
Does anyone know if it is a popular color? Or does anyone have a picture of the lavender colored littmann?

Your quite welcome, glad i could help!
I think that ceil blue is truly a unique color. I have been on the hunt myself for a new Littman and ran across that particular color a little while ago, and thought it was beautiful.
Also, i think it'll be very versatile with many scrub colors. Haven't seen it in person, but it caught my eye as well! So im glad you got to see a pic in decent lighting, at least. Its best I could find.
If you love the color, go for it. And possibly get it engraved, if you'd like as PP stated. Or look at the different metal accents, to make yours unique, if possible.
Be careful with lighter stethoscope colors if you have to wear dark scrubs. I had a light blue Littmann Classic II S.E. in school and I had to wear navy blue scrubs (well, more like navy scrub pants and a navy polo) but I had color transfer and now my stethoscope is stained I've worked with other nurses with the ciel blue stethoscope and they also had color transfer, too.

Hi! I'm trying to make a decision about what color my very first stethoscope will be! I was looking at the ceil blue Littmann Classic III and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it's more of a light baby blue or if it's more of a dull grey blue? I've heard the pictures can be misleading so I want to make sure I'm making a good investment with a color I like. Also, is the lavender pretty in person? And are either of these colors popular? Thank you for any feed back!
