Hey guys! Starting this thread so we can all keep each other updated on the Cedars-Sinai RN Residency application which will be opening sometime after midnight tonight. This is for the Winter 2022 cohort which begins February 14, 2022. Remember to keep checking and apply as soon as it's open since they shut it off after 200 applications that meet the basic requirements. Same here, I was getting anxious because someone on this post said she received an email with interview date already about a week ago.

I got my notice about the connectivity test on the 17th, and then an interview date on the 23rd, and then a follow-up about the time and department I am interviewing with on the 29th.

Did you get your connectivity test request yet? They sent that out the week of the 15th.  I received my interview time and dept. just a couple of days ago.

Update: Just got an email this morning that I was selected as an “alternate” candidate, which I’m guessing is like a “waitlist”/backup if others ultimately decline the offer. Super bummed, but congratulations to all those who received offers! Maybe I will try again next round.

Same here! I got an email yesterday being selected as a "alternate" candidate. Just received a phone call today asking if I was still interested in the position and said yes. I was then emailed to schedule a time for the connectivity test and for an interview! Don't lose hope.

Oh wow! Do you remember what the area code was for the call? I’ve been getting random calls and ignoring them. Oops.

Area code is 213! I don't pick up random calls either but they left me a voicemail. What units did you apply to?

Oh OK good to know! I applied to surgical step down & advanced heart failure. Seems like they were popular units based on this thread.
