Hi everyone! Cedars-Sinai has opened their New Grad RN Residency for the August 8th start date! I just applied and they are still accepting publications, has anyone heard back from a recruiter or anything?
Hi everybody! Hope everyone is adjusting well to post-licensure life. Im about to finish nursing school next week and am scheduled to take the NCLEX in late August. As I’m researching and applying to new grad programs, Cedars is definitely on my list but not until the fall or Winter cohort. Out of curiosity, what is the starting pay for new hires? Also if you have any tips or insight about the interview process, that’d be greatly appreciated! ??

Not that I know of. Sucks that this thread isn’t popping as other new grad threads.
I also wanted to give people an fyi that we need to meet with employee health this week. They didn’t call me, I had to call them.

I can answer this question...new grads are REQUIRED to work a 1.0 schedule. This means that you are required to work 7 shifts in a pay period (3 (12hr shifts) per week and the second week work 4 shifts). After a year, you can do 0.9 schedule (the traditional 3 shifts per week).
