Darn, what unit was this for if you don't mind me asking? Thts super disheartening. Ill more than likely still accept because I really want to be in the OR and it is a great hospital, but unfortunately theres no differential for me since its day shift?

Im really betting on an increase due to the inflation! Fingers crossed LOL

I believe the differential is added for the entire 12 hour night shift! Its not included, however, for our orientation hours. Hope this helps!

Hey everyone! I was offered a position for the OR at St Joseph Orange but havent received my formal offer quite yet, was told it should come by the end of this week. Any idea what the pay range is for Providence? The Fullerton location (orthopedics) offered me a starting pay of $36.25 (+$5 night shift differential) but honestly I’m a little disappointed with that number, especially with almost finishing my MSN. Curious to know cause Im debating on negotiating a little bit, never hurts to try ya know? Hope everyone is doing well in their job search!
