Just wanted to start a thread for Cedars 2010 Grad program. Anyone heard back yet? What are your stats?

Did you ask them which unit?

I did and they said that we will all start in a med surg unit and at the end of the 3 months we can either stay on that unit or apply for ICU OB or whatever!

I got the call yesterday also. Congrats everyone who got in.

Btw, is anyone from out of town moving to the LA area? I'm looking for someone to room with. If you know anyone, please let me know :) Thanks.

Did you find any place to live yet?? I am moving from Chicago and am not sure where to look to live!!!

I have not found a place yet but im flying out to Cali this Wednesday to get my fingerprints done and to go to Sacramento to apply for my licence and t look at apartments!

I haven't found a place yet. I've been searching online for potential places but many of them are out of my price range. I'm going to LA next week to scope out the neighborhoods and what not.

Has anyone received the Background/drug test information in the mail yet? I'm not in the LA area btw, so it may be different for others. I called HR last week and they said it wasnt sent out yet. Just wondering, because we're supposed to complete it within 3 days of receiving it in the mail. I'm getting anxious!

I received the salary packet and drug information last Thursday and did the drug test last Friday. The package was overnighted and required a signature, so make sure someone's at home during the day!

I received my acceptance phone call on May 28th and received the information package in the mail on June 3rd. I didn't schedule my physical/signing paperwork/parking/picture date until June 2nd, though, which is when she mailed me the package :up: If you've set up your physical date already, maybe send her a quick e-mail reminder about the paperwork? If you don't have her e-mail address, I can PM it to you.

Did you get the drug screening stuff and other paperwork? All I got was the drug check info. Nothing about salary or pictures or parking. Did hey come in the same pack?
