i got the call yesterday too! does anyone know about housing near the hospital? we pretty much have a month to find a place and get settled! congrats to everyone getting the call!

Started off ER, was told there was no ER. Switched to Peds, got to the final interview and was told there was no Peds. Ended up interviewing for Med/Surg, and that's where I was accepted

I believe all who have been accepted would most likely get trained on MedSurg prior to stepping in different directions -->specialty departments: ED, Peds, Ortho, OB Gyn, etc.

If you want privacy or need room mates, try logging on to www.apartmenthunterz.com. Silver Lake is only about 8-11 miles away. It's about 30 mins drive at 0630. But if u want to live closer like 2-8 miles away from Cedars-Sinai, the rent is anywhere from $1500-3000.

I still haven't heard anything myself, bummer. However with the holiday, unless they called everyone last Friday it seems likely that they might be finishing up this week. Lets hope anyway. good luck.

Well, I called HR on Tuesday and they said that they have not contacted everyone yet. At least we have some hope!!! Good luck to everyone who has not gotten the exciting call:redpinkhe

I just got the call this morning. She said they're not finished making contact yet. I was also offered Med/Surg.

So I got the call today!!! So excited seems like there are at least two start dates because I will be starting July 26!!! So excited working with you all! any one else starting the 26?
