CDCR how long for final approval

I was offered a position as RN, and accepted. Then asked to submit additional paper work for approval from Sacramento. Any idea how long this takes? Thanks

I was told it takes about 4-6 weeks.

I am also waiting for final apporoval (it has been over 2 weeks) after I submitted the paper work.

Did you hear anything from HR?

I am getting impatient here...

My documents have been faxed on 5/7 because the document I sent in April 27 got lost in the mailing system, I guess. I am afraid to contack HR because I was told to "continue to be patient" when I called them last time. I interpretated it as not to bother them anymore???

If it usually takes this long, I wouldn't be worried but with my paper being lost once, I am getting anxious...

I was working at a southern region state prison. Just like you, I was anxious to experience correctional nursing. I just think you either have thick skin, and not internalize what you see happening there.

I can't explain anymore what my experience was like. Just give me a couple of days so I can recount my experience.

I just did my live scan fingerprinting for a facility and being that their new contract is effective on july 1, things may start to move soon
