Hi,
Just wanted to start a thread for those applying in Jan/Feb to CCSF's RN program (Fall 2016 start).
Anyone? This will be my first time applying, but I know it's lottery based so not holding my breath. Good luck to all! :)
No mail today from CCSF, I hope that dosen't mean I will get a letter stating they have positions filled. I applied many times, almost losing count. Congrats to those who got in. Looking forward to checking Monday's mail.
Good luck and hope you get your letter today! Crossing my fingers for you!
I got my acceptance latter last Sat. I am going to take TEAS test next month. I have no idea how to prepare for the test. I have studied for few months but did not spend much time on it. I am using ATI study manual, khan academy and study.com. Please help me!
Since English is not my first language, and I am a slow reader, It is really hard to answer the question on time....

I suggest purchasing the ATI online practice test and studying from the ATI book. It's similar to the real TEAS test except the reading portion in the real test is a little longer. The online practice test results should give you an idea which areas you need to study on more. Good luck! PM me if you have other questions. I'd be glad to answer them!
Make sure you pick up on your advanced algebra and English grammars. I study from three manuals: The ATI study manual, TEAS V secret, and 5 TEAS practice test (bought all from Amazon.com) It really help me and i study everyday for 3 months. I manage to score 85% the first time. I also got accepted to CCSF for Fall 2016 :)
