CCSF Fall 2016 Applicants

Just wanted to start a thread for those applying in Jan/Feb to CCSF's RN program (Fall 2016 start).

Anyone? This will be my first time applying, but I know it's lottery based so not holding my breath. Good luck to all! :)

Hey guys :)

I'm having a bit of a problem with Castlebranch and wonder if anyone's having the same problem. I submitted my Hep B titers and they rejected it, stating that I need 3 vaccinations along with it. I checked the green sheet they handed out at orientation with all of the Immunization/Titer information and it stated that you only needed a document saying your blood serum positive (which mine was), OR you could submit your post vaccination series for Hep b. Did anybody else have that problem? Or do we actually need both?

I have a problem with my hepB too, but my problem is different . I did hep B blood test instead of skin test earlier which is not accepted. So now I just start doing my skin test , which might take a few days to have the report uploaded to castle branch.

Hey guys, just wondering..I know we have to watch the Mosby skills video, is that the skills access code we got in the bundle?

Yup... We have access code on clinical skills essential collection , but we can't access it yet even thought we have code cuz we need instructor's course ID I guess... I have a question, in our ebook bundle, I saw another textbook instead of basic nursing , so our fundamental textbook is not in the ebook bundle??

Right it's not in the bundle, I bought mine off of Amazon it's the Basic Nursing: concepts skills & reasoning. I found it on there for $65
