CCP Fall 2011

Hi everyone! I just received my acceptance into Community College of Philadelphia's nursing program and I am sooo excited! I have been trying to go to nursing school for awhile now and it is a huge relief to be accepted somewhere. Has anyone else applied or gotten their letters yet? I see a lot of people posting about other schools, but not many recent posts regarding CCP. I hope to hear from some more prospective CCP nursing students!

RNG-- check your student dashboard both on your enrollment profile and on you unofficial academic transcripts. If they have changed your major to Nursing effective Fall '11 then you'll be getting a letter in the mail shortly!

Midgiec, I've just found out tonight they have changed my online major from CSTP to AAS-Nursing...Yahoo!... See you guys ing Fall 2011!

Me either!!! I feel like ive been waiting forever for this! Do you know if we start registerig for the nursing classes next week and also when are pyschical and drug test are??

I think we can start registering next week with everyone else, but I'm not completely sure. I have no idea when the physical/drug test is going to be. From reading other threads about CCP it seems that the school will send us some forms in the mail, but I haven't gotten anything yet so I'm not sure when they are going to start sending out the info. I hope they do it soon. I just want to get everything taken care of!

They will send us a packet with all the instructions and requirements needed...As for registering classes I'm not sure if they will be the one registering us(blocked section) or we'll have to pick and register our own claases...
