Hey guys! I’m starting this thread for any CCBC 2022 Spring nursing applicants. I recently submitted my application and would love to hear from others!!

Yes. It just means you have to complete any classes you’re enrolled in now with passing grades and maintain the minimum GPA before the start of the program. For example if you were enrolled in A&P this semester and failed it, they can deny you.

Oh wow.  I completed majority of my prerequisites. I was enrolled in Microbiology at the time of my application but I withdrew a month ago. It’s the last prerequisite course I need. But according to their website, Microbiology doesn’t need to be completed by the time of the application. The admission packet says only 4 courses need to be completed or currently be enrolled in in order to be considered for the program. I’m nervous, I hope withdrawing from Microbiology doesn’t revoke my acceptance to the gram.

I do not think a W matters, unless you have taken it multiple times & always withdraw.  Honestly, so long as you withdraw or pass & maintain a GPA above 2.5 cumulative I believe you are OK.

Anyone else think otherwise?

Does anybody know when those that were waitlisted find out if they get in for Spring 2022?

Did you spread them out? Or did you get them all at once?

I had to get 5 vaccines … Tuesday I got my physical, titer done along with the PPD test, tetorifice shot & flu shot—- Thursday got my PPD read , Covid booster & 2 vaccines that I needed that came back as negative on the titer test. I hated it , both my arms were hurting, super sore but Thankfully I got everything taken care of.

If you don’t mind me asking, where did you go to get your titers done? Your results came back fast!

Hey, my primary is through gbmc and IDK if it influences time because it’s my pcp but they got me my titer results in 2 days!! So might be worth a shot to try a gbmc location if you haven’t gotten them yet, they always get my tests back to me quick.
