Just curious if any who have applied have heard if they've been accepted to CCAC Nursing program for Spring 2010 admittance?

Also, does anyone out there know what the likelihood is of getting your fist choice?

I have a blackberry storm. I was not sure if we were allowed to use them for class or clinicals. I don't even know where to find what apps. we would use to down load. Do you have any Idea what apps. we would use and where you find them?

it seems most are split on which one, unbound you can use even when the subscription ends, on Skyscape I have heard when the subscription ends it ends and also the newer version you CAN use post subscription.

I was leaning towards skyscape as it seems to be a bit more comprehensive. For the blackberry I am trying epocrates (sp?) it's okay, but I am not sold on it. Neither skyscape or unbound have a real demo version available I can try out with what I have (blackberry tour).

Can't wait too see all of the other fast trackers on Monday night!!! Me and 2 other girls from my Monday night class (Microbiology) have been excused from lecture at 5:30 but not from lab! We need to book it from Boyce campus back to North campus by 8:30 to turn in a final paper. Ugh I hate rushing around!!

Is it back not to have my FBI fingerprints yet OR my childline come back? I sent both in on November 19th.

That's horrible you have to run back to North for lab!! Luckily my professor just excused me and another girl for the entire night (at Allegheny campus).

Not weird. I got my fingerprints done on November 19 also and I just got mine back yesterday. Also got my child abuse clearance back this week. I sent it in on November 17, I think. I'd give it a couple more days. Mail just may be delayed because of the holiday.

I would agree fingerprints should be back early next week. If you read the fine print on your fingerprints, they don't send them up to the FBI until 48 hours pass. I doubt the FBI looked at them before the 23rd and you got a really short work week to deal with.

Childline was exactly 14 days from mailing (mailed 13th, received the 27th) they are predicated on the FBI CHRC.

That sucks they would not give you a break.

I wanted to order my books online today at work, but left my sheet at home. Can someone tell me the titles and authors of the 2 books we needed first? The fundamentals of nursing one and the the med-surg one.

Looks like the campuses differ book-wise. I should have wrote that I'm in the Allegheny evening program.

I got option #2. It was my first choice. Here is my schedule anyone wanna buddy up let me know Im scared lol.

Tuesday Lecture 7pm - 10pm

Wednesday Clinical 3pm - 11pm

Thursday Labs 6:30pm - 9:50pm
