This is being created for the CCAC nursing students who have applied to the Fall 2018 semester. I saw one that was created for the Spring 2018 and thought it would be great to connect and share information for those of us that are hoping for this coming Fall.
So, when do you think we will hear back if we got in or not?

How many of you have taken the prereqs and supporting classes?

Hey everyone, I'm a current nursing student at Allegheny in the Evening/Weekend program. I was lingering around the site looking for answers pertaining to next semester because the school isnt very well at relaying information. You'll find this out. If you guys have any questions at all let me know! It is nerve wracking going into nursing school and having to make friends, good grades, maintain a job, take care of children and everything else life gives us!
So glad someone started this thread! Is anyone else still waiting for a letter? I haven't received anything yet and becoming impatient like others who haven't recieved their letters either.. I do know amber reed sent an email stating that everyone should receive a letter by April 23rd and if you haven't received anything by then to email her. Anyone still waiting?
Is there anyone in the group who applied after the priority date? have you heard or received anything in reference to your applications being received? I have e-mailed Amber Reed and have not gotten a response back.

I applied before March 1st I believe everyone who applied before then will receive a letter before April 23rd, if you applied after March 1st I think those letters will come sometime in may!
Thanks for responding, I figured that it would be may for me anyways because I'm doing the LPN-RN also.. I just wanted to know if they received my application lol.

I applied April 6th to do LPN to RN. my first choice is Allegheny Evening for 130/140. finger crossed I get in! What about you?
Ccac south day, I feel like I'm one of the only ones who hasn't received a letter! You could contact amber reed to confirm they have it, I did several weeks ago and she did respond and confirm. I have been hearing she responds sometimes, sometimes she doesn't but you could try.
