This is being created for the CCAC nursing students who have applied to the Fall 2018 semester. I saw one that was created for the Spring 2018 and thought it would be great to connect and share information for those of us that are hoping for this coming Fall.
So, when do you think we will hear back if we got in or not?
What were your TEAS scores?
How many of you have taken the prereqs and supporting classes?
What campus did you choose and why?
Is this your first career or are you looking for a second career?

Mine came with four papers. One was the letter, one was a confirmation page to fax back, one was an explanation of non nursing courses needed for each semester if not already taken and one was an information page on important meeting dates.
Last month I went to the Allied Health/Nursing Open House at Allegheny Campus and Amber reminded everyone that the letters go out in waves. Not everyone will receive their letter at the same time.

Congrats! I'm at a different campus than you so the stuff you get will be different. I would not worry. Wait for your packet from Allegheny.
First time poster :) I was very nervous about my chances but I am happy to say that I was accepted into the Boyce Fast Track Program for this fall! I signed up for informed delivery and I saw that letter from CCAC early this morning. I stalked my mailbox from the moment I got out of bed. The moment my mail arrived I ran out to grab it. I was so happy and shocked when I saw that "Congratulations." The letter is dated April 6th but it did not arrive until today. April 20th was my deadline for acceptance.
Boyce was my first choice and I didn't think that I would get in due to people saying that if you have not yet completed A&P 1 and 2 and Micro that it would be nearly impossible. I am happy to say that is definitely not true :) If anyone else is still waiting and they did not receive the extra points from those classes then I'm here to say don't worry. Your chances are just as good as anyone else who applied.

Congratulations!! And you're spot on. I also did not have A&P 1 and 2 and Micro, but I got in to the evening program at allegheny!!
