CCAC Fall 2014 Applicants

Hello All,

I am starting a new thread for the upcoming application process for CCAC fall 2014 nursing admissions. I applied for the sping 2014 cohort and was declined due to my gpa, but now I'm hopeful for my first choice for the fall! I can't wait to get the application process started and wish the rest of you the best of luck!!

I know..I'm like a crazy person waiting for the mail every day!

Got my mail today. There was a letter from CCAC-my heart started racing. I tear it open at the mailbox and it was about my financial aid. Darn, I was hoping for an acceptance letter. Maybe tomorrow...................sigh!

Just called the school and they said letters should be sent out within the next couple of weeks.

This wait is driving me crazy!!! Last years applicants had to have their decision in by the 19th. I wonder how long its going to take to hear something.

How many seats are available at which campuses??

I called the Allegheny campus earlier in the week and they told me the Dean had the letters and should be sending them out with in a couple days. This was from the nursing department.

Hopefully it's true!!! The waiting is horrible.

Awesome!! Congrats! So nice to know they are on their way! Now the nail biting begins. I am in washington county so my mail will probably come a day later than those closer to Pittsburgh.

I got mine today, no waiting til tomorrow. Whoooo-Hooooo! I got accepted to South Day program! Whew, Yippeee, Yahoo! Finally, all my work is starting to pay off and I am one step closer to becoming a nurse! I am so excited and I am actually in tears! Wishing nothing but the best for those of you waiting.
