I went into the CCMC database and searched for my name. In the process, I found the name of a former co-worker who took the test with me on April 26. Her name was in the database...but mine wasn't.
So much for spending several hundred dollars and going through 2-1/2 years of flaming hoops, in order to sit through a six-hour test....only to find out that I don't know anything about case management. If I sound like I'm upset, it's because I am. I guess if there is any consolation, I know I will wake up on Monday morning and still have a job.....but NOT in Case Management.

I'm really sorry! You are still a great person! Can you take the test again??
Thanks for your kind words. :kiss I talked to my son shortly after I entered this post, and his words of encouragement made me feel better. He told me that after he had taken the MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer) Exam a few years ago, he could not find his name in their database either after 8 weeks of searching. Just when he figured he had failed the test...he received his certification in the mail. :) He told me not to give up, that like him, I couldn't rely on the database for accuracy. So, I guess I'll wait along with everyone else...and hope for the best:chair:

Are you sure you flunked? Maybe they haven't finished updating the database yet.
I didn't get my test results for the october 02 exam until december.
Did you get your grade in the mail yet? Maybe you didn't flunk (crossing my fingers for you)

Maybe your friend was recertifying by exam?? Lord knows why people would go this route, but many do, so that would explain why her name was in the db but yours wasn't??
I tried searching my name there too and couldn't find it, but I passed. Don't give up hope yet!!
Thanks, Hoolahan. No, this was the first time that my co-worker took the exam, too. I just need to chill out, get some sleep:zzzzz and wait for the Commission to respond.
