loads of info out there - from your question, you must be starting out - so try to look for some basic introduction to rhythms... start with CPR, AED's... read about it

to help you, i would recommend that you use the online companion website to the book, introduction to 12-lead ecg, the art of interpretation: http://www.12leadecg.com/intro/. despite its intimidating title it is a very elementary text on cardiac rhythms. you link into the different chapters to see strips of the various arrhythmias. there are also online flashcards you can use to help you learn the terminology or you can pull up the glossary to see what the medical terms are that make up the flashcards.

other ekg links and tutorials are listed on https://allnurses.com/forums/f15/helpful-information-ccu-other-critical-care-units-140706.html - helpful information for the ccu and other critical care units
