Ok so I am looking to write my NCLEX this year as I am graduating in April. My question first is I was reading up on getting a visa to work in the states and such, I was arrested in Florida 2 years back for a minor situation with all charges dropped and no convictions. I'm worried about this being an issue to work in the IS. If anyone has any information about this, it would be much appreciated. As I am starting to stress over it. Also if I write my NCLEX in Michigan how do I go about licensing if I wanted to move to a different state all together?
Thanks

This is something we really can't answer. You need to speak to a lawyer with experience in this area
