Can you take NCLEX at another country?

Published

Hi.. I am a student practical nurse in Georgia. I will finish my last quarter in about 6 weeks and plan to take my nclex in South Korea. I am moving to Korea for 1 year. Any idea if it's even possible? Thanks for your advice.

I know there are testing centers in Seoul and a few other international locations. You probably want to visit www.pearsonvue.com/nclex .

Specializes in Critical Care Transport/Intensive Care/Management.

3 pilot sites established in 2005 for international NCLEX administration are Hong Kong, Seoul, South Korea and London, England. I took mine in London last June

Apparently in 2006, they will include in their list the following countries:

Australia, Canada, Germany, India, Japan,Mexico and Taiwan

I"m taking mine in Frankfurt, Germany tomorrow Aug 8th because we are here with the military. We are also heading to Korea in Feb. Good luck with your NCLEX.
