Published

Just starting my travel process. I have 2 years experience ( IMC and some ICU)

I got this offer today

Longview, wa

St. John's

Taxable 29.00 ( 38.41)

Housing- 1900.00

Me I- 245.00 weekly

License reimbursement

Travel exp- 250 there and 250 back

OT- time and a half

Holidays- time and a half

I believe it comes to 838.54 after taxes for the taxable and take home pay biweekly 2200

Is this a good start job.

It's on a telemetry floor of a hospital that is switching to EMR

I don't know if it is good for you or not, but I wouldn't wait on a California license!

Even if I flown out to sacremento? Ok

You've already been to Sacramento, or just planning to? That would change things perhaps, but it is your choice of a bird in the hand or not. I don't know your current employment or financial situation, but I have foolishly waited a couple weeks for an assignment I really wanted during my career. You are waiting on a license that often takes months in recent times.

yeah, i get that. i was gonna fly out next week. but a bird in the hand is better. thanks!

48 hours scheduled? Odd

I'd take this and work on the California license while doing this assignment. You MIGHT have it by the end of this assignment

48 hours scheduled? Odd

I think this is normal for a rapid response agency such as Fastaff.

Sent from my iPad using allnurses

It's for an EMR conversion
