Can you recommend a RN to BSN school to RN to MSN ?

Hi,

I am a recent nursing graduate looking to start school this upcoming fall for rn to bsn. Some of the schools i am interested in are WGU, thomas edison state university and Wilmington university. I was wondering if anyone can provide insight of the school mentioned or recommend a good rn to bsn program at another school.

 I want to attend a school that is online and fully accredited. One that will not affect my chances of finding a job. Or break my pockets lol.

I heard that many hospitals wont except a bsn from wgu ? Is this true ? Has anyone that graduated fron wgu had issues with finding a job ? 

If anyone has some information about their process experience and recommendations I greatly appreciate it

I've never heard of any facility having issues with a BSN from WGU.

I too am slowly looking into programs. It's so overwhelming! I've been an RN for 8 years. I've applied to a handful already and need to figure this out because I'm sick of wondering where I should go. I think I may want to become a NP. From what I understand WGU has a pass/fail grading system....not sure why. This is what has steered me away from them. However, there's many reviews from former students who haven't had any issues going further with their education because of this. Apparently on their transcripts, it explains that a pass means a B. Doesn't matter if you got all As. So, this I don't like. So it depends on your comfort level and if you plan on going further than a BSN. I've looked into and applied to a few is Chamberlain, GCU, SNHU, Aspen (not regionally accredited), Capella. I think that's it, lol. Anyone have thoughts on any of these? Anyway, good luck with your search.

WGU pass or fail systems has steered me away also. I would hate to get through the program and encounter issue later on down the line.

WGU is the best choice no one has a problem after graduating with transferring to NP schools. It affordable and a very good program. I graduated in 11 months.
