A question that has been bothering me, that I really would like to know.. Is it possible for me to get my certificate as an nurses assitant , apply for a workers visa, then move to California? Much help would me great! :)

Nursing assistant will not qualify for a work visa. Most work visas require a minimum of a bachelors degree (so LPN would not qualify either) b

This is ABSOLUTELY not correct. Having a child in the US gives you no immigration benefit until the child can file at age 21. Advising someone to come illegally and then try to stay is the worst advice possible.

You had to had a child before November 20, 2014 in USA . And be a living in USA since like 2010 to get DACA and apply for work authorization if you are a illegal alien in USA.
I don't like it or agree with it but, it's Obama Executive Action
