Can I still be licensed by florida with a sealed battery charge

Published

Hello everyone I am in the process of applying to nursing programs and I recently was driving with a friend and we got pulled by the police and needless to say there was some stuff in the car I was unaware of. We both got a misdomeanor. One of the was possesion of marijuana and the second was drug parohanila. I am now going through a diversion program which will last 6 months and if I successfully complete it I will not be charged with the 2 misdemeanors they will be dropped. Just showing that I was arrested but not charged. Back in 2011 I was convicted of a battery charge which I had my lawyer seal that so it is no longer on my record. Is nursing something that I should give up. I'm a semester away from getting my LPN and have finished all prequisties for Nursing. Any one who knows Anything I would appreciate your help. Thanks.
