I need some information on CCC- online. I am interested in taking some math classes there. But I am having a hard time getting my application submitted. I want to know if you test online or go to a testing center. Cost, things such as that. Has anyone had good or bad experiences with this deal.I guess one of my most important questions ,did anyone have trouble transfering these credits? Thank you in advance....:)

Last semester I took A&P I, Microbiology, and Ethics. This semester, A&P II and Nutrition. All of the classes will transfer. I received an email from my advisor at the university I will attend in the fall. I have had nothing but good experiences. There were a couple of times when I had to work a lot of hours. The instructors extended my due dates for quizzes and assignment. Also, I am did very well last semester, made Dean's List and doing well this semester. I enrolled through Community College of Denver, http://www.ccd.edu. All testing is online. So you can use your textbooks, notes, etc. Multiple choices the most part, however, I have fill in the blanks for Nutrition on some of the questions.
I hope this helps.
Thank you so much, I have applied at the Denver college. I am very excited about this but do you have the tuition/per hour rate for online students. And also have you taken any math courses. I want to take stat's but do I need to do any special testing or have any special classes prior to taking that course. You have been so helpful thank you:)
I have not taken any math classes with them. The online rate is $134 per hour, also you have online fee that is mandatory for you to pay.

I liked Microbiology. I blew up the virtual labs a couple of times when my mouse got suck and I slammed it on the table. I got this message that I had contaminated the lab and knocked the bursen burner over! :rotfl: Once you got used to the lab, they were fun and you did not have to worry about contaminating yourself. Everything was online and once I downloaded the virtual lab, I did not have to order anything else or mail anything to the instructor. You can do labs over, if you miss up! Exams were open book. If you mostly read the chapters and do the quiz at the end of the chapter, you will do well.
Have you taken a chem class with them?:roll :roll :roll :roll :roll :roll :roll :roll :roll :roll :roll :roll :roll :roll
No chemistry. A&P I & II, Microbiology, Ethics, and Nutrition.
Thanks, sounds like a great alternative to campus based Micro. My school accepts credits from CCCOnline. Can financial aid be applied to these classes? tia

Yes, I applied for FA and received it. I had to write a letter because I already have an undergrad degree but the committee approval it.
