Can anyone verify Pearson Vue "trick" April/May 2013?

Nursing Students NCLEX

Hi everyone---

Took the NCLEX-RN Tuesday morning... I stressed and stressed and then came across the so-called "Pearson Vue 'Trick'" for checking scores early... Can anyone verify that this trick still works/is valid within the past week or so? Has anyone in Massachusetts used it recently? Was it correct?

I want to believe that the "good" pop-up I got (1 hour ago) indicates a pass... but I can't figure out if this trick is still accurate...

Any info would be SUPER appreciated.

I took the NCLEX-RN on 5/29/13 & the trick worked for me! Just found out that I passed! Thank the Lord!!

Took NCLEX yesterday shut off at 75, I could not honestly tell how I did, I had lots of SATA , priority questions. I got the good pop up. My state doesnt do quick results. My question is is this, my classmate had a ton of skill questions, and hers shut off at 218, she got the good pop up. Did not having any skill type questions mean I was not getting in the difficult range of questions???

Took the RN NCLEX on Wednesday, May 29. PVT "good pop up" was there one hour after I finished the exam. I just used quick results to find out I passed! BTW, my classmates who took the exam on the 28th found out they passed through the TX BON website yesterday. The BON apparently doesn't update every day; I had to pay $8 to Pearson today to find out I passed. 4 of my classmates also had good PVT and passed.

i had my nclexrn test in california may 30 2013.i did pvt trick."our records indicates that you have recently scheduled this exam.pls contact your memberboard for further assistance".Another registration cannot be made at this time".i did not take me to the cc page.does this means that i passed?

Trick worked for me!!! found out next morning on Alabama's BON website... so far it has been correct for everyone who got the pop up and those who got directed to cc page....

I took my NCLEX on May 30th and felt like I completely bombed it! My test shut off at 75 questions and I thought there was no way I passed this exam with 75 questions. I did the pearson vue trick and got the "good pop up". I was still a mess and convinced I failed. I was in a depression for 48 hours. Today I just found out I passed! I'm a firm believer in the PVT. People who deny the trick are most likely in denial because they were led to the credit card page. Hurst Review was awesome. When you take the exam, focus on the question on the screen and not worry about what level questions you are in. I did that and got horrible anxiety. Your only priority is to answer each question to the best of your knowledge. I only got 7 SATA and still passed! When you walk out of that exam you will feel depressed and feel like you failed it horribly. But don't assume anything until you try the PVT and see your results. For study tips, focus on infection control and nursing priorities/triage! Good luck and BREATHE!

Yes, it works! All my classmates who passed got the good popup (including me)...one who got to the credit card actually passed, but no one who got the popup failed.

I tested on a Saturday, will the pop up still work? Im getting the "good" one and I hope its right! Does anyone know of anyone who had the "good" pop up and later found out they failed? I'm so scared!

Never heard of such thing the "good" pop up it's pretty accurate!

I took nclex rn today and got the good pop up. Will let u know if I'm the exception.

Took NCLEX on June 1st, got 265 questions . Immediately checked pvt in the parking lot. Got the good pop up. Got my license # today!
