There are too many lazy people working in college administration.
It takes as long as it takes someone to look up your name, hit print, put a stamp on it and put it in an envelope.
I would be calling the Registrar tomorrow to make sure that they do not delay. Explain to them that they are actually holding up your career.
Then contact the Dean of Admissions if that doesn't get you anywhere.
To clear up any confusion here:
CA will permit a CA grad to sit for the exam if their name is on the roster submitted by the school that you are expected to graduate. This is why you are able to get the ATT. And the same would hold true for the IP, you are expected to be graduating. And the only requirement for the IP is that you have met the requirements for licensure but have not written the NCLEX exam as of yet.
And this is the major reason why they do not have early results, to make sure that a file is complete.
Best of luck to you.

I called the California BON today to find out if my file was complete. The person I spoke with told me that they had not received my transcripts from my school as of yet, therefore if I passed my nclex exam they would not be able to let me know until they received my transcripts!
I called my school and they told me that all of the nursing transcripts would be sent out in the next two days! It is a little frustrating I graduated a month ago! Meanwhile I have no idea if I passed or failed. It will be a week tomorrow that I took my test.
Does anyone know how long it takes for the board to process your file once they receive your transcripts? Also, how are they able to issue an IP without the transcripts?
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated!
