Hello everyone! I tried looking for a thread on the Spring 2026 application cycle and couldn't find one so I decided to make one. Feel free to share your experience and share questions about the Sac State traditional nursing program for Spring 2026.

Uhhh I do not believe they have sent out any of that information yet , and the email that was sent congratulating you entry into the program mentions that at a later date you will be sent information about onboarding and other requirements along with the Pre-entry checklist around mid December.

Just got accepted as an alternate 🙂 I have questions, I know it is conditional. Is it only conditional because we need to get our Health Requirements squared away?

Hey, and no I just have the one that showed the acceptance.  It says that we will receive info in mid-December for more on checklist, etc

So I made a discord and if anyone is interested I can send DM with a link. Just DM me and if we discover a larger discord has already been setup by another group, we can just move to that one later on.  Just let me know and I will add you.

Im currently one of the students at Sac State nursing right now, and I'm also in the board for Nursing Student Association. Congratulations on getting in!! Don't worry about follow up emails and such right now. Relax and take a break! You'll get follow up emails roughly in a month or two, and there's directions on everything you need to do.

hey there, thanks for being our connection to what is to come before first semester. Definitely puts me at ease that I have some time before having to crank up the speed on getting things done. Any information on whether there are specific places you had to go to for your immunizations, background check, and other things like that  or were we allowed to go wherever we could get these services?
