California State University, Northridge (CSUN) ABSN Spring 2024

Hi everyone,

I wanted to start this thread for the CSUN ABSN program for Spring 2024. I have a 3.8 in my science prereqs. I do not have any volunteer experience, but I will be getting my CNA and BLS certification this month. Application opens on June 6th and closes on August 1st (or earlier due to volume)! Let's connect here & good luck to everyone!

no. someone on here said that they're still reviewing all applications. we won't hear back until November at the latest. for each semester, they've used interviews for different reasons - sometimes to break ties, choose final candidates, etc. so just because you haven't gotten an invite yet doesn't mean you won't get in. 

so it's really just a waiting game!

I had one person view mine yesterday morning but only watched it halfway through. They really like to mess with our heads!!

hi! I got an email with my acceptance to both my csun email and my personal email at 2:46pm. I had an interview, but I only got 2 views on it about 2 weeks ago and neither of them watched it all the way through.

I got accepted as well! I am from Washington so definitely was not expecting as I feel like they mostly take California residents. For anyone from California, do you know if this program is pretty solid and how they do in job placement?
