Hi everyone! My name is Monica and I wanted to make this forum for everyone applying to the fall 2021 semester of CSUN ABSN. Good luck everyone ?

Hi all,

Where did you guys find the list of questions for the statement of purpose? After reading @Maldonado9 comment, there seems to be a list of questions? Could someone please help me locate it, this whole time I thought it was a general prompt.

Here is the link: https://tsengcollege.csun.edu/sites/default/files/programs/ABSN_FA21-SP22_Document_Guidelines.pdf

It's also in the application where you can download the instructions too.

Greetings everyone,

Is the final deadline tonight before 11:59pm or tomorrow night before 11:59pm? Does that just pertain to the online application submission or with everything including official transcripts? Meaning the CSUNSON must have received your official transcripts with your app before the deadline? I hope that makes sense.

Unsure. I would submit tonight to be safe. Best of luck! Did you attend one of the colleges on their e-transcript list? Is so CSUN will automatically receive your official transcripts electronically once you submit your application. Hope this helps!

Hello, when you all submitted your application is the status supposed to say SAVED or SUBMITTED? I paid the application fee, but wasn't sure whether my application went through since I never clicked a submit button.

After I submitted my application, my status states "Posted." ?

Posted is what I received. You’re fine! Best of luck!

Hi all!

Also submitted last night, let me know when you guys received your CSUN IDs/E-mails; it says it takes 2-3 days to receive but always nice to know in advance :”).

I submitted last night and received my log in and email this morning. I graduated from CSUN a long time ago so maybe they already had my info so it was easier to process. I don’t know though. I also just received an email stating that they received all my uploaded docs and they’ve been approved. I’m sure you’ll get an email shortly! Good luck!

I submitted Feb 15 night and received a my.csun.edu account February 16th morning. But haven't received the approval of my docs. I didn't go to CSUN but sent in my transcripts on the 15th. It might just be taking a while since they have to review it.

I sent mine on the 13th. I emailed admission yesterday and they told me to give it a couple more days since it was high volume.
