Just wanted to start a forum for those planning to apply for the ABSN program at CSUN during Spring 2021.

@helloitsm3 It's possible that the prompt will change for the next cycle but I'm not sure.

From what I’ve heard in the past, they usually reach out sometime in October or November.

Hi everyone! 

So did all of you have your pre-reqs done when applying by Aug. 4th? I still have one class left but I applied anyway. I checked my recently and it said to have completed coursework by Jan 2021. Hmm..so this means I have a chance?

I had mine done, but from the ABSN info page: "All prerequisite course grades must be “C” or higher. Priority will be given to applicants who clearly demonstrate they have met all prerequisites." I'd reach out to a counselor, but seems like it's OK if classes are in progress!

Well that’s great! I figured they would deny me since I had that one in process. I wonder what their stats are, like # of applicants and # accepted, I couldn’t find that info for them anywhere

Nothing. ? Am expecting to hear from some of my other applications in the next few weeks, so I’m starting to feel impatient, LOL.

Same here! I wonder how competitive it is to get into this program, do you have any information? I couldn't find anything.
